CHECK-IN:

Please present your ID card upon Check-in. These documents will be returned upon departure. The visitors can check-in at 01:00PM.

GUEST BELONGINGS:

Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their suite when going out. For the convenience of the Guest, safety lockers are provided in the suite to store any valuables.

DEPATURE/CHECKOUT:

Check out time is before 10:30AM please inform the reception if you wish to retain your stay beyond this time. The extension will be given depending on the availability. If the suite is available, the normal tariff will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 30 days before guest arrival - 90% Refund
Cancellation 15-30 days before guest arrival – 50% Refund
Cancellation within 15 days of guest arrival - No Refund

No Refunds for bookings from 20th December to 10th January

The management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the guest’s belongings or any other property, including theft or pilferage,
from the hotel suite, locker, or any other part of the hotel.

COTTAGE POSITION

When you reserve, you will be given the type of cottage that you select and not a specific cottage.

NO PETS

I am sorry but we have to say no to pets. Although we love animals, we have to say no because there are local beach dogs that are territorial and will attack dogs from outside. We also respect that some guests may have allergies or be uncomfortable staying near them.

PARKING

we have a specious parking facility here. We are not responsible for any cars or any damage happened to it.

Due to limited and exclusive inventory of our Cottages, we are required to take payment in full – prior to arrival. Payment by Bank Transfer is required in advance as per the booking policy.
